Marvelous has announced a new Harvest Moon game for the 3DS! In this game they announced features such as customizing your main character and designing your ranch/farm and placing furniture! For character customization you will be able to customize hair, skin, and eye color as well as clothes and your hairstyle.

The game's title is called Harvest Moon: The Land of Origin and is supposed to be released in 2012 in Japan.

Just recently it has been announced that development for Rune Factory 4 is underway for the Nintendo 3DS. What can we expect from this wonderful game series that keeps its fans on it's toes with more and more improvements and features? Well Neverland has said they are working on improving the dating elements of the game in ways such as adding what seems to be new heart events. Other details are yet to be revealed.

They did announce though that there will be a main guy and girl protagonist and that their names are Les and Frey! And that the game is planned to be released this year in Japan!

That's right, Natsume has announced that Rune Factory Oceans will be coming late this year to North America and will now be called Rune Factory: Tides of Destiny.


Here is what Hiro Maekawa, President and CEO of Natsume has do say about the announcement.


“We know our loyal fans have been patiently awaiting news of a North American release for Rune Factory: Tides of Destiny, so we are thrilled to announce that the latest entry in the fan-favorite series is on its way. Better still, this entry is coming to both the Wii and PlayStation 3,”


This is exciting news for many as this is a chance to get their hands on a new Rune Factory that is sure to be tons of fun!

While naming their lineup of games at E3, Natsume announced that along with Harvest Moon: The Tale of Two Towns for the DS and 3DS that they would also be announcing "a highly-anticipated unannounced title for PS3 and Wii."



With passed news of Rune Factory Oceans being released on the PS3 and Wii in Japan and the relationship between Natsume and Marvelous, it is quite possible that their announcement at E3 will be that they are bringing over Rune Factory Oceans over from Japan!







In other news however, Marvelous Entertainment, AQ Interactive and Liveware will be entering a merger that is effective starting the 1st of October. After the merger the company as a whole will be called Marvelous AQL.


With this merger it will be interesting to see if there will be any new changes for game releases for the company.

So you guys know how Twin Villages is coming later this year? Well seems theres already a planned preorder plushie coming with it for you guys collecting them!

Natsume held a little challenge over at their facebook page saying that if around 400 people were to like this plushie image on their facebook that they would reveal their next pre-order plushie.





Just recently the goal was met and the plushie was revealed to be the alpaca!



Pre-orders aren't up yet but make sure to keep an eye out online and at local retail stores closer to the game's launch to be able to snag with fluffy swag!
