Need help with streaming video.

I want to stream video from a game that I'm playing on my PC, so others can watch it in realtime. The only problem is, I have absolutely no idea how to set it up.

Any suggestions?

Once I tried Xfire's streaming.

I dunno if it needs you to register to watch the stream, but it did work on games compatible with it.

Well, that's the only simple way that I know of.
