Default Some questions

I finally bought myself a Wii Point card. When I was searching around and saw the SNES game up there I grabbed it...I'm disappointed that the HM from the N64 isn't up for the VC yet, I didn't get to play it and I'm interested in playing it. I LOVE the unlimited nighttime thing...I get most of my work done during that time...too bad I didn't notice it sooner.

Anyway there are a few questions I have that I can't figure out and wondering if anyone can help me.

1. Do plowed parts of land stay that way when the season and/or year change? In other HM's I remember them going back to normal and having to plow it again to plant stuff. I've been digging for those power berries in my field and have a lot plowed...it would be awesome if that isn't undone.

2. How do I get the power berry in the cave in the mountains? I've been rattling my brains trying to figure how to get to that ledge its on.

3. Are there any shippable items that I can put in the shipping bin and they won't spoil before they're picked up?

4. Is there anyway to get the time up on the screen? I know how to see the date but I can never tell what time it is...and seeing as I have to be home at 5:00 after I'm married that's going to be a problem if I can't tell what time it is.

5. How do I get that big rock out of the path in the mountains? There's this big brown rock. I tried my hammer but I don't think that's going to work...do I need to wait until its upgraded?

1. Don't remember sorry.

2. Its either that you need to break a big rock to the left the second you enter the mountains with a super hammer, or wait until winter when there is an earthquake that makes a path for you and lets you fall down to get it. Again, haven't played this game for a while so sorry I'm not sure which it is. I think its more likely to be waiting for an earthquake to happen though.

3. No ma'am.

4. I'm pretty sure the only way you can do that is if you get your first house extension before the first summer is over, they give you a watch for getting what you need so soon. And actually its still not displayed even when you get it. You have to pause to see it.

5. Hey cool I answered this already.

I spent one evening plowing the whole field after the second summer because I thought it would stay after hurricane season and winter. It did not. When the snow melted there was a lot of patches. I had the golden plow by then, so I wasted a lot of stamina trying to plow everything again. :p

Okay thanks that's good to know.

Right now I'm in fall myself, I married Eve and have my house fully expanded and have five chickens which I hope to make it twelve once I get enough grass growing to support that and then buy my first cow. Eve has also just told me she's pregnant.

One thing I love about Harvest Moon is how you have to plan for everything. You have to earn what you want. And when you do you look around your farm and say "Wow that took a lot of work!"
