See, you don't have to have knowledge of every single HM Game to be a moderator. You just have to post here, really. The idea is that you would be moderating, not answering every question that gets posted.

In my mind a moderator is just someone who is active enough that they would see if someone made an infraction upon the rules and would have the proper judgment to correct said infraction and if necessary take the proper disciplinary action.

That's just what I think though.
