Seems like an interesting game...
Here's the idea:
- Find a 'credible' news story that has an errie resemblance to an anime episode/series
- Post the link to the news story
- Post the name of the anime that the story mimics (or appears to)
(NOTE: Links are optional for the anime, but would greatly help everyone understand what you are referencing.)
Being the first to try this, here's my (failed?) attempt:
Headline reads,
Uighur leader says nearly 10,000 'disappeared'. (Not an uplifting story...)
This story kind of resembles the plot to
'Higashi no Eden', but in that series there are 20,000 refugees who are eventually found and make it back to modern day Japan via shipping crates from Dubai...
(NOTE: I found this story on 'Life' on my PS3 while packing... You can quite literally find stories anywhere.)
