[DS] HMDS or HMIOH?

Hi everyone, im new here so if this post is wrong just tell me:)

Recently I have decided to get a new Harvest Moon game out of HMDS or HMIOH but dont know which one to pick from.
I will probably pick IOH because its newer and the graphics are better but I heard bad reviews on the storyline+controls so anyone who has played both and could tell me which one they like more would be much appreciated.

P.S, I have played Harvest Moon but the last one I played was HM64:)

Id say that it depends if you like the different graphics and the touch screen controls, or if you like the other kind of graphics more.
I, personally like HM:DS better. ^^

HM DS actually isnt that bad. Just a lot of glitches. You'll randomly get screwed over.

hm....yeah but it takes FOREVER to fall in love and to get married D: i didnt mind RF and RF2 though...

I think the controls on both games take a while to get used to. On HM:DS I chucked away loads of items by mistake due to the controls. With HM:IOH most of the controls are done by touch screen.

They are both enjoyable. However I would probably go for HM:IoH.
